Our Story

A builder who still knows the site he's on.

We started in 2010 with one property in Indira Nagar. Fifteen years later, the same family runs the practice — with 150+ delivered properties, 3,000+ handed-over families, and a permanent team of civil, design and finish professionals working from a single head office in Gomti Nagar Extension.

We take on twelve to sixteen projects a year. No more. Because every handover happens with a director on site, not a manager reporting in.
